2018 Nova Scotia Pickleball Provincial Championships
Congratulations to the seven CGC members who competed at the 3rd Annual Nova Scotia Pickleball Provincial Championships in Wolfville on May 26th & 27th. Informally known as the CGC Pickleballers – Dave, Angela, Jack, Karen, Margie, Joanne and Jackie – not only participated in the Championships, but also took home multiple medals!

- Angela Weld – Bronze Mixed Doubles/Gold Ladies Singles
Ages 60-64
- Jack Yee – Gold Mixed Doubles
- Karen MacDonald – Gold Mixed Doubles/Gold Ladies Doubles
- Margie McInnis – Gold Ladies Doubles
- Joanne MacNeil – Bronze Ladies Doubles

2018 Atlantic Regional Championships
Held in Fredericton on June 9th & 10th, CGC members continued to show their pickleball prowess at the 2018 Atlantic Regional Championships and brought home several medals once again! Angela Weld and Roger Peters took to the courts for the Mixed Doubles and clinched the gold medal in the championship game. Angela also competed in the Women’s Doubles and made it to the championship game, where she won silver. Way to go Angela and Roger!
