Why should college students have all the fun when it comes to foam. Starting May 20th, we’re introducing FREE 15mins Foam Rolling sessions for our members. (Ok, so it might not be the same type of foam but it’s infinitely better for you!) We’ll take you through the basics of foam rolling to improve your flexibility, help your muscles recover and help you de-stress.
Members can sign up for any of the following days & times at the Fitness Centre Desk or call 490.2580:
Mon & Wed 8:15am/12pm/4:30pm
Tues 12pm/5pm, Thurs & Fri 8:15am/12pm.
