Summer 2017 Drop-in Fitness Schedule

With over 50 fitness classes running this summer, you can stay active and fit right through to September. Stick with your favourite class or step out of your comfort zone and try something different with one of our awesome certified fitness instructors! As always, drop-in classes offer something for all fitness levels. The Summer schedule will run from Monday, June 26th through to Sunday, September 4th.*
Here’s are a few highlights from our Fitness Programmer Ashley:
- Caro will get your heartbeat racing at Monday’s 6pm Pumped class
- HIIT on Tuesday evenings at 6pm will have you sweating it out with Calvin
- Go for a Spin with Ashley on Thursday’s at 5:30pm
- All evening Shallow Aquafit classes move to a 6:30pm start
- Cardio Core Aquafit on Tuesday & Thursday mornings will run at 9am
- Monday’s Deep Water Aquafit with Jackie moves to 12pm

Copies of the new schedule are also available at the Customer Service Desk and posted on the Fitness Board in the Centre.
